Shipping 
All wholesale orders ship from our studio, via UPS, unless alternate arrangements are made. Shipping time varies based on the size + content of the order, but most orders ship within 3-5 days from when the order is placed. If you contact us with what you'd like to order, we can give you a good estimation on lead time. 

Returns
Returns are not accepted without prior approval via email. Returns must be received back within 5 business days of return approval. Restocking fees may apply and refunds are typically only given in the form of credit toward future orders.

Minimums
For opening orders, we require a minimum of at least $150. For reorders, we generally ask a minimum of $100. We have a minimum of 4 pieces per item per design for most items.

Payment
Check (by prior arrangement) or credit card required prior to shipping first order; net 30 terms upon request.

Backorders
Backordered items totaling less than $50 will be cancelled. Backordered items totaling more than $50 will ship on a separate invoice.
