most people who know us know that erik's the real cook in our house. when he sent over the link to this recipe the other day, i was immediately on board. (well, truthfully, without paying much attention, i actually thought he was sending me a link to help me figure out how to get information from my ancient iphone onto my spiffy new one, but in hindsight this was totally better than that...)

so if your fall CSA veggies are starting to pile up but you're not quite in the mood for soup, i highly recommend this potato leek pizza recipe. it's absolutely awesome, especially if you have a mandolin to get those potato slices super paper thin (just be sure to dry them completely before spreading them on the crust). enjoy!
